This move requires a stutter step in between the first and second over. This will help keep your balance as you are sharply turning your hips side to side attempting to throw off the defender. Make sure to keep your toes pointed tight, close to the ball, and turn your hips as hard as you can.


Once you are comfortable you should attempt this move at a faster speed, the quickness of the move is also what will keep the defender off balance.
