DOUBLE UNDERS


Double unders can be used as a freestyle move. After doing 2 unders in a row you will be able to push the ball past the defender to either side using the inside or outside of your foot.


The more often you use this move you will start to notice when a defender is off balance which will help you decide which way to explode past them.


Remember to keep your toes pointed down and as close to the ball as possible, this will keep your unders tight and quick.
