Make the defender step where you want them to with a prep touch that goes away from your body.


Using the sole of your foot pull the ball behind your body then use the inside of your foot to push the ball around your plant leg. Make this into a 2 touch move meaning that the ball touches the sole of your foot first and the inside of your foot second. Once the defender commits to the ball use sole behind to get around them. Your plant leg will shield the defender from reaching with their opposite foot.


Make sure after your sole behind is done to explode past the defender with the opposite foot.
