SCT TRAINING INFO
SCT TRAINING CENTER
The Core of what we doInformation for Players
Our staff wants to work with a prepared player who is prompt and ready to work hard. We always want a player to be fully equipped with cleats, flat shoes (tennis shoes), shin guards, soccer socks, soccer shorts, soccer t-shirt, and water. A player with a professional playing attitude does not show up in casual clothing. Some optional items to bring are: warm-up top or bottom for cold weather, soccer ball to warm-up with before training, and a small snack.
Players are expected to show up 15 minutes prior to training to ensure they are properly warmed up and that training sessions stay on time.
Information for Parents
We also have a high level of expectation for any parent who's child trains with So. Cal Training.
Parents must remain quiet and obsolete during all SCT camps, clinics, and training sessions. Any advice or tips coming from the outside are counterproductive so please refrain regardless of how important you feel your ideas are. On the other hand we do not want to discourage parents from watching.
We want parents to watch so that they understand what their child is learning and whenever possible repeat certain activities while at home. Any questions or comments you have about training techniques used during one of our sessions please feel free to contact us any time at greg@socaltraining.com or matt@socaltraining.com
Please remember that NO PETS ARE ALLOWED at any So. Cal Training site!
